F.A.Q.

J.Dritto Customs — FAQ

Are your pieces really handmade?

Yes — though the process varies by design.
Many pieces are carved, engraved, and shaped entirely by hand.
Others begin as a CAD model and are cast for precision, then carefully hand-finished, detailed, and patinated by me.

No mass production. No factory shortcuts.
Every piece carries my hands, my eye, and a level of intention that makes it uniquely yours.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes — in limited openings.
I take on custom projects depending on my schedule and current workload. If you have a project in mind, reach out through the Contact page or message me on Instagram. If the concept aligns with my style and materials, we can explore it together.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number.

All U.S. orders ship free via FedEx, unless otherwise noted.
International delivery times vary based on country and customs processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply once their package enters their country.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final.
Each piece is made to order and crafted individually, which means I don’t offer returns or exchanges.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can review the issue.
I handle concerns on a case-by-case basis with clear and fair communication.

Do you do repairs or touch-ups?

In many cases, yes.
If your piece needs repair or cleaning over time, reach out with details and photos.
Depending on the situation and the design, I can often help or guide you toward the best solution.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid getting it wet, especially pieces with patina.
Store your jewelry in a dry place when you’re not wearing it, and use a soft cloth for gentle cleaning.
