❓Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Everything is hand-carved, engraved, and finished by me — one at a time. No mass production, no shortcuts. That means slight variations are part of the charm — you’re getting something truly one-of-a-kind.
❓Do you take custom orders?
I open limited custom slots depending on my schedule. If you have a project in mind, reach out through the Contact page or DM me on Instagram.
❓How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your piece is on the way. All domestic orders ship free via USPS.
❓Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.
❓Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Each piece is handmade and made to order, so I don’t offer returns or exchanges. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as expected, reach out within 48 hours and I’ll make it right.
❓Do you do repairs or touch-ups?
If something breaks or needs cleaning down the road, reach out. Depending on the piece, I may be able to help — just be honest about what happened, and we’ll figure it out.
❓How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid getting it wet, especially pieces with patina. Store it in a dry place when not being worn, and use a soft cloth to clean if needed. I include a care card with every order and you can see the information on the [Jewelry Care and Patina Page].
